Last Sunday we had the ushers-worship-music teams’ coordination meeting. Many of you showed up and participated till the end. I truly appreciate it. But, there is something else that touched me. I saw you—all of you—giving your full attention to the matters’ being discussed.

When I saw that, I really saw a really positive and right attitude to ministry. You take ministry seriously and you do it all as unto the Lord. You don’t regard one as more important than the others and you certainly don’t look down on your own ministry.

Indeed, in the sight of God there is no small ministry. Every ministry is big; it is always important to God. Cooking rice is important, cleaning is important, presiding is important, singing is important, drawing a map to the park is important, driving somebody else is important, ushering is important.

We all want to do a better job and we should aim at doing better. We should not rejoice for being mediocre. But, still, what is of the utmost important is the heart that does the ministry. What He wants to see is the joy of the Lord. That has to accompany the work of the Lord.

Last but not least is, we wish to say bon voyage to Pastor Santa and family who will be leaving for Indonesia tonight for a month. May the Lord keep and bless you wherever you are.
